Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag and include the packing slip provided in your email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
